Chip “Mancub” Corwin is one of San Francisco’s top DJs. He is a natural musician with an eclectic taste and pro at DJing funk and soul, breakbeats, Top-40, Hip Hop, New Orleans Bounce, World Music, and Deep House. He is a founding member of the world-famous Space Cowboys collective and helped pioneer the Bay Area’s best New Year’s Day party, Breakfast of Champions. Chip grew up in Louisiana, playing a wide range of instruments. As a kid, he dreamed of becoming a DJ, and now that his dream is a reality, Chip takes great pride in his job. He loves the way music brings people together and remains honored to be the catalyst for these connections. Chip is also a trusted event producer and helps orchestrate large corporate events and festivals across the US. He has performed at Electric Forrest, Outside Lands, Burning Man, Northern Nights, and Bottlerock Music Festival. He has DJ’d corporate events for clients such as Nascar, Sony, Metreon SF, Redbull, Roshambo Winery, and the Museum of Sonoma County.
